FedEx rates and transit estimates appear at checkout. Shipping is not free. We ship to the United States and Canada. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Made-to-order pieces follow their separately agreed delivery timeline.

Contact us and ship an eligible return or exchange back within 14 calendar days of delivery; approval does not extend this deadline. Items must be new, unworn, with original packaging and tags. For a change-of-mind return, the refund is the merchandise amount paid after discounts minus a 10% restocking fee. Tax and shipping are excluded from the fee calculation. Sales tax on returned merchandise is refunded separately. Original shipping is non-refundable and is not deducted again from the merchandise refund. You pay return shipping and are responsible for the item until we receive it; any return label we arrange by agreement is billed separately. Exchanges have no restocking fee, but you pay shipping in both directions and any merchandise price difference is settled separately. For our error or a defective item, we cover return shipping and apply no deductions. International shipments are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. 585 gold is 58.5% pure gold alloyed with other metals. The alloy composition determines the color: copper for rose, silver/palladium for white, and a balanced mix for yellow.
